AMP is very effective and convenient decision for e-commerce companies. This program will help you to make and correct the lists of your clients on basis of your correspondence data. AMP is a universal tool which allows to process the files in various formats and mailboxes of the majority of mailers, including the "Outlook Express 5", "MS Outlook", "Netscape Messenger", "The Bat!", "Qualcomm Eudora", "Incredi Mail" and any MAPI or Simple MAPI clients. AMP is a very effective and reliable tool. Using AMP considerably reduces time for the processing of the post bases of in comparison with manual or semi-automatic processing messages and completely excludes mistakes. AMP precisely allows to extract addresses according to the determined messages. For this purpose the set of conditions is used. In the conditions you may use date, size and regular expressions. The program scans messages which are saved in the specified folders, subfolders or files of mailboxes of the specified mailer or a format of files. The program takes post addresses and names from these messages , and keeps them in the list of e-mails. The program will processed only messages, which satisfy to the set of conditions given by the user. The list of e-mails and names which was received as a result of scanning, can be saved in a text file, file in the CSV format or can be exported in the MS Excel document. It is possible to remove single addresses, addresses from the given domain or a site if necessary.
