File Split Magic 6.0 is an easy-to-use vehicle for splitting large files into pieces small enough to copy onto removable media. It's easy to use and has many features that other file splitters would envy. Select the file and the destination for the pieces. A slider bar enables you to select the number of pieces, clearly indicating the size of each piece. You can choose to compress the pieces (using ZIP compression) or create a batch file to reassemble the pieces quickly and easily once they've reached their destination. Additional features allow you to upload pieces to FTP servers, send them out as email attachments, or write pieces directly to floppy disk, and split large text documents.
