Instant Mailer is a handy tool to send templated e-mails to a customized contact list at specified times. In general this tool can be used to send any kind of process status report by e-mail to any person at any time of the day. For instance if you own a weather station that is capable of generating a templated weather report as html or as a text file at specified time intervals then you can use such a file as the body of your e-mail message and send this to persons that are interested in such a weather report. For each person you may specify the exact time of the day at which the person must receive these weather reports by e-mail.
