Turn pictures into black and white and then colour them in using the palette. Alternatively print out the pictures and save for train journeys and let the children colour them in using crayons or felt tip pens. Simply load a coloured picture and then choose Edit and then Black and White and watch the colour erase itself. Black isn't always black in cartoon pictures and so simply to choose black and white makes the whole picture disappear so you can choose the colour on the screen that you wish to be left the darkest remaining ie if there is a brown outline then the picture becomes brown and white or black, brown and white if there is any black in the picture. Try it out for yourself. If you just want a colouring book then download the black and white images from the site and load them in. Use the palette and drawing tools to alter the picture.
