Ludo is a very old board racing game that originated in India more than 1,000 years ago and was very popular as a game for betting on in the British Navy 100 years ago. There are up to four players who each have four tokens of a different colour which must be raced round the board to the centre square. The rules are simple and you will be guided step by step as you play the game. It is a very exciting game as when you hit one of the other players pieces, or he hits yours, you are sent back to base and have to start again. You need to throw a six to get a piece out on the board and must throw the exact number to the centre square once you are on your last 6 squares. It makes it all very unpredictable. Whilst there is a large element of luck in the throwing of the dice, good tactics can help you win and the Help file will tell you the best ones to adopt.
