Messenger Journaling 1.0
The MS Outlook add-in Messenger Journaling (MJL) is designed to write message history for MSN Messenger or Windows Messenger in Microsoft Outlook 2000/XP journal. The message history saving function is not available with MSN Messenger and Windows Messenger, though this is needed rather frequently. Messenger Journaling is designed to solve the problem. Running in the background mode, imperceptibly to you, it will save the history of your MSN or Windows Messenger sessions into the Microsoft Outlook journal. The Outlook itself is not necessarily to be running then. Later on, to recall the conversation subject or to search for data in the messages, you can launch MS Outlook and take the benefit of powerful searching, sorting, and visual presentation tools provided with the Microsoft Outlook journal. Using Messenger Journaling , you save every message you send in the Journal, so you can read it later whenever you want to. A separate entry is created for each message session, containing the message texts in its body. The messages are saved exactly in the format they were received or sent in, i.e. the fonts, colors, and graphic images (smiles) are kept. Besides, receiving/sending time for each message and system messages, and each session duration time are also saved. Taking benefit of the Microsoft Outlook capabilities you can, for example, quickly find a message you need by keyword, sort the message histories by users or by time. System requiments: - Add-in works with Microsoft Outlook 2000/XP only, and doesn't works with Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook 97/98. - Works with MSN / Windows Messenger v4.x, v5.x. Current version doesn't work with MSN / Windows Messenger 6.0 (coming soon).
Email Scheduler
Monitors the list of tasks in Outlook. Once the task containing a keyword in subject field and one or several messages attached gets activated, the corresponding action is taken: either the message is sent to recipient or it is opened for editing.
Redirect for Outlook
Redirect for MS Outlook give the opportunity to redirect messages instead of forwarding its: one more button, Redirect, will appear on the toolbar near the Reply and Forward buttons. Recipient of the redirected message will see it just as you saw it.
ExAlert for Windows Messenger
ExAlert is an add-in for Windows Messenger designed to inform a user about new messages received in his/her mailbox on the Microsoft Exchange 2000 server. ExAlert works together with Microsoft Outlook, you may open new message in one click.
