Cacheman is a utility designed to improve the performance of your computer by optimizing the disk cache, memory and a number of other settings. Cacheman is able to prevent frequent paging to the hard disk, resulting in improved performance.
Snapper
Snapper reads the directory of a disk which is then saved as a "snapshot", so that later you can compare it with a new snapshot of the disk and see what has changed. The results are easy to see with colour highlighting in an Explorer-style interface.
