Optimal days off pairs are calculated by the program based on shift staffing requirements and employee availability. The spreadsheet has an overtime tally and scheduler so you can easily assign and keep track of overtime hours. The spreadsheet produces individual and group schedules and comes in sizes for 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 employees. Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet program is required.
