TimeCapture is designed to replace the traditional time clock with features no ordinary time clock can offer. It automatically totals hours, calculates overtime, and prints reports. It reminds employees when they forget to record a time. You can define your own types of time, such as for training or vacation, and it even has a built-in messaging system. The management program is password-protected, and is separate from the time clock program, so there's no tampering by employees. Also, unless you activate an employee feature, they don't even appear on the screen that the employee sees. Best of all, unlike other programs, it's easy to install and easy for your employees to use. They don't even need to know how to use a computer. They simply enter their personal code or password, and press a key or click the mouse to record their time.
