concat /Split is a Windows Explorer context menu extension that provides two complementary facilities: 1. A split facility that lets you easily convert a single large file into several smaller ones. You can copy these smaller files onto floppy disks, or send them through email facilities that will not cope with large files. 2. A file concat enation facility that performs the same operation as the command line "copy /b SrcFile1+SrcFile2 [+SrcFileN] DestnFile" operation. With concat , you can append any number of files and store the result as a new file, or overwrite one of the original files.

Archive Search
Nice tool allows you to search for files inside compressed archives. Supports most important formats used on the PC including: zip, lzh, ace, arj, arc, rar, cab, zoo.
UFS Explorer
UFS Explorer allows you to browse your alternative filesystems and extract files from there. Now it has user-mode read-only support for HFS+/UFS/ReiserFS/Ext2/Ext3 filesystems as well as has FAT support.

Better File Select is a shell extension for the Windows Explorer, which allows users to quickly select multiple files based on a range of criteria. You can use wild cards, partial name matches or regular expressions.
