Third, many options allow you to control and fine tune renaming and recasing operations. Ease of use is related to flexibility. You may choose between a completely command line oriented approach, a GUI oriented approach, are a combination of the two. Optional prompts, confirmations and log files allow you to be certain of your operations. seRename is written in the ScriptEase JavaScript scripting language. The source code file is installed with the program files so that you may alter seRename for your own use. ScriptEase JavaScript is an easy to use and flexible scripting language that provides much power. ScriptEase scripts may be as simple as a few lines written like a batch file to automate daily tasks to fully structured, object-oriented programming as is seRename .
