The Shift Schedules S1-3-25 Excel spreadsheet automatically assigns up to 25 qualified people to shifts, enforces rest times between shifts and is ideal for 2 or 3 shift, 24 hours per day operation. The program automatically creates fixed-shift schedules based on your staffing needs and employee availability from 1 week to 1 month in length and can rotate, or randomly assign, days off each week. Optimal days off pairs are calculated by the program based on shift staffing requirements and employee availability. The spreadsheet has an overtime tally and scheduler so you can easily assign and keep track of overtime hours. The spreadsheet produces individual and group schedules and comes in sizes for 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 employees. Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet program is required. During the free trial period restrictions apply with respect to schedule start dates and the number of schedules displayed.
